some ideas about "snooping boss"

With the highly developed technology more and more widely used in modern society, some softwares like Xora and SurfControl have made it possible for bosses to snoop on their employees. For them,it seems necessary to make sure their clerk honest and work hard in company. No dout, they maybe  just wanna to get more profit by "forcing the efficiency" and try to cut down the risk of commercial confidencial information being disclosed at the same time. In my opinion,it is not wise to do so .First, for the empoyees ,they feel their privacy has been violated and even worse they are not respected. We all want to keep our own secrets private and respected by others.Besides,All are equal ,so the relationship between employers and employees is no exception. It is better to believe in good qualities than ruin everything by being suspicious all the time.A good working environment should be friendly and harmonious .Only by this can the bosses expect  higher efficiency.Second, the theory of "Carrots and sticks" did not work so well today. As I have mentioned before, people in modern society are more aware of their privacy rights. So more carrots than sticks should be a good choice.it may inspire more people to work hard for their own benefit. The fittest will survive in a fiere competition. The bosses do not have to do the elimation by snooping .In all,an excellent manager never snoop on their employees. He can always find a better way to get the same or better results as expected.

  1. You have some good point regarding equality among workers and employers, however, and this is just my opinion, sometimes bosses have every reason to snoop, at least when it comes to the workers using company gear (phones, computers etc). but that is just my opinion. Other than that, solid work, my only pet peeve is the spacing before and after periods and commas.

  2. I think that freedom and responsibility is important and makes you work better. But I also think that during work hours you have got nothing to hide and so your boss shall be able to check you up and find nothing.

  3. I see your point by allowing the employees to do whatever they want to during the work hours, but who is paying them to do the work? In many workplaces like Google the have kindergartens for grownups employees, i think they are happy as long the employees do their work. But some time people get bored out and start doing other things than work. First little than more and so on, if there is no control mechanism what should stop some people from just being lazy.
